Every new Acorn Stairlift comes with a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer’s warranty as standard, beginning from the date on which your stairlift is installed.
Giving complete peace of mind for your first year of ownership, it covers the full cost of any callout, parts and labour needed in the unlikely event that something should go wrong with your stairlift*. Simply contact Acorn and one of our skilled engineers will visit to get your stairlift up and running again as quickly as possible.
Our warranty includes a commitment that we will always try to attend your premises within 24 hours of a breakdown, 365 days a year, and any necessary repairs will be carried out by our own trained engineers using genuine replacement parts. If necessary, a new replacement stairlift will be installed at no extra cost.
Our Acorn 12-month warranty also includes a full scheduled service of your stairlift towards the end of your first year of ownership, including a comprehensive 25-point check covering all its major components. We strongly recommend that your Acorn Stairlift is serviced once a year by an Acorn engineer to ensure optimum trouble-free performance for many years to come.
We will contact you before your warranty expires to discuss our range of cost-effective annual service agreements and extended warranties to give you continued peace of mind going forward.
